FlowHub Platform Statement
1、Accept the terms
Hubei TENTECH Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TENTECH) will provide you with services in accordance with the following terms of service. The service including but not limited to FlowHub Platform. These terms can be updated by TENTECH at any time without prior notice. Once this statement is changed, TENTECH will publish the revised content on the website, and the published new statement will effectively replace the original usage agreement. In addition, when you use the special service of TENTECH, you and TENTECH shall abide by the guidelines and rules related to the service published by TENTECH at any time. All the aforementioned guidelines and rules constitute part of this use agreement.
You should read each agreement carefully before using the services provided by TENTECH. If you do not agree to related agreement or modify it at any time, please stop using all the services provided by TENTECH. Once you use TENTECH services, you shall be deemed to have understood and fully agreed to the various items in every related agreement, including any changes made by TENTECH to the agreement at any time, and become a TENTECH user (hereinafter referred to as "user").
2、Service description
TENTECH currently provides users with the following services:
1) Resource management, users can independently initiate a resource management module for computing resources and storage resource usage applications through FlowHub Platform. User operations include cloud computing resource type and usage selection, cloud computing resource specifications and cost selection, cloud storage resource type and usage selection, cloud storage resource specifications and cost selection, cloud resource transmission specifications and resource editing, so that users can independently choose and manipulate resource utilization;
2) Project management, users can independently create, view, edit, and perform a project modules in FlowHub. User operations include project creation, editing, design and execution, and realize the full process management and design of user analysis requirements in the form of jobs within the project, so that users can independently realize projects and tasks management;
Unless expressly stipulated in this agreement, any new functions that increase or strengthen the current service, including new products launched, are subject to this agreement. You understand and agree that this service is only provided according to its current status, and TENTECH does not assume any responsibility for any user information or personalize settings,such as timeliness, deletion, transmission errors, non-storage or any other issues . TENTECH reserves the right to suspend any part of this service for maintenance, upgrade or other purposes without prior notice.
3、Obey the law
You agree to abide by all the relevant laws and regulations of China, and take full responsibility for any behavior and results of using your password and your account in any way. If your behavior violates any provisions of laws and regulations and may constitute a crime, you will be investigated for criminal responsibility, and you will bear all legal responsibilities.
At the same time, if TENTECH has reason to believe that any of your actions, including but not limited to any of your remarks and other actions, violate or may violate any laws and regulations, TENTECH may terminate the service at any time without any prior notice.
4、Your registration obligations
In order to be able to use this service, you agree to the following: According to the service registration prompt, please fill in the registration email information and set a password correctly to ensure registration successful. If you provide any illegal, unethical or unsuitable material for display on TENTECH; or TENTECH has reason to suspect that your information is an abnormal procedure or malicious operation, TENTECH has the right to suspend or terminate you , and refuse you to use all or any part of the service now and in the future.
5、User account, password and security
After completing the registration process of this service and successfully registering, you can use your username or registered email and password to log in to your account in TENTECH (hereinafter referred to as "account"). It is your responsibility to protect the confidentiality of your account information.
You should be fully responsible for all activities that use your password and account. You agree:
1) If your TENTECH account is used without authorization, or any other security problems occur, you will immediately notify TENTECH; 2) If you fail to keep your account and password, TENTECH cannot and will not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred therefrom; 3) Every user is fully responsible for all actions and incidents in his account. If you fail to keep your account and password ,and cause damage to you、TENTECH or a third party, you will be fully responsible.
6、Privacy Policy of TENTECH
TENTECH attaches great importance to the protection of your personal privacy. Sometimes we need certain information to provide you with the services you request. Here is an explanation of the data collection and usage in these cases.
1) What information do we collect
You need to visit the main page of FlowHub while logged in. When we need personal information that can identify you or information that can contact you, we will ask for your consent. Generally, when you register an account or apply to open a new function, we will collect information including but not limited to email address after seeking your consent based on the behavior.
2) About your personal information and file information
TENTECH strictly protects the security of your personal information. We use various security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information and file information from unauthorized access, use or leakage. TENTECH will disclose your personal information and file information with your consent when required by law or in compliance with TENTECH's relevant terms of service and software license agreement.
3）Use of Cookies
Using cookies can help you personalize your online experience. You can accept or reject cookies. Most web browsers will automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to reject cookies according to your needs.
TENTECH sometimes uses cookies to know which websites are popular, so that you can get better service when you visit TENTECH. Cookies do not track personal information.
When you register for TENTECH, TENTECH will also use cookies. In this case, TENTECH will collect and store useful information. When you visit TENTECH again, we can identify you. Cookies from TENTECH can only be read by TENTECH.

Regarding the occurrence of the following related matters, TENTECH does not assume any legal responsibility: a. Any leakage of personal information caused by revealing your account password with others or sharing the registered account with others, or other leakage of personal information not caused by TENTECH; b. TENTECH provides your personal information in accordance with legal regulations or relevant government policies; c. Any dispute arising from the use of your personal information by any third party in accordance with the conditions listed in the terms of service and statement of TENTECH; d. Any temporary website closure due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or government control; e. Any consequences caused by force majeure; f. The usage methods or exemptions listed in the terms of service and statement of TENTECH.
7、User behavior
Users must follow the following rules when using the service of TENTECH:
1) Comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations. 2) Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services; 3) Do not use the TENTECH service system for any illegal purpose; 4) Do not infringe on the commercial interests of TENTECH in any form; 5) Do not use the TENTECH Service System to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or mobile network; 6) Do not use the network service provided by TENTECH to upload, display or disseminate any false, harassing, slanderous, abusive, threatening, vulgar and obscene or any other illegal information materials; 7) Do not use the TENTECH service system to conduct any behavior that is not conducive to TENTECH;
TENTECH has the right to review and supervise the usage of TENTECH of user. If the user violates any of the above regulations when using network services, TENTECH or its authorized persons have the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures to mitigate the impact of user misconduct.
8、Notification delivery
Under this agreement, all notifications of TENTECH to users can be made through regular transmissions such as web announcements, emails, etc.; such notifications are deemed to have been delivered to the recipient on the date of sending.
The user's notice to TENTECH shall be delivered through contact information such as the correspondence address, fax number, and e-mail address officially announced by TENTECH. The email address of TENTECH is flowhub_team@flowhub.com.cn.
9、 Compensation for breach of contract
If TENTECH violates relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this agreement and causes losses to the user, TENTECH agrees to bear the responsibility for the damages caused thereby.
The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of TENTECH and other users. If the user violates relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this agreement and causes losses to TENTECH or any other third party, the user agrees to bear the responsibility for damages.
10、Other regulations
1) This use agreement and your relationship with TENTECH are governed by the laws of China. Disputes between you and TENTECH regarding this service, this agreement or other related matters shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the Wuhan Arbitration Commission for arbitration. The arbitration award is final result and binding on both parties; 2) If any clause in this agreement is completely or partially invalid or not enforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses in this agreement shall still be valid and binding. 3) The title of this use agreement is for convenience only and does not have any legal or contractual effects; 4) TENTECH has the final right to interpret this agreement.
