Welcome to use FlowHub platform! "You" or "User" in these terms of service refers to individuals or institutional groups that access or use any service on our website. "Individual" refers to users who have agreed to subscribe to our paid services, and "institutional groups" refer to users who have signed an agreement with FlowHub Platform(HuBei Tentech Biotechnology Co. Ltd. ) to give their employees or contractors the right to access or use designated services.

You must not, and must not allow any individual or entity to do flowing operations: (1)Change the service or make derivative works on the service; (2)reverse engineer, disassemble/decompile, or try to obtain the source code from the service or any software component or analysis tool of the service otherwise , unless it is provided by the FlowHub Platform and the analysis tools have provisions that allow users to perform the aforementioned activities; (3)Use or allow others to use the service for any unfair or fraudulent behavior, or use the service in any way that violates Chinese or international laws and regulations that should be applicable; (4)Introduce any Viruses or malicious plug-ins, programs, the introduction or implementation of any other codes or paths cause service interruption or damage, alteration, damage or deletion of any data, retrieval, copying of any other services or other information related to your purpose of use, or use of other user’s service information; (5) Because of fraud, malicious infringement, or negligence in using the service, the third-parties has complaints or objections, you should promptly inform us through yourself account or your user.

2.3Group Agreement

Both parties agree and confirm that if you access or use the service in the name of an "institutional group" user and there is a conflict between the group agreement and these terms of service, the group agreement shall prevail.

3.Rights and obligations of data and content

3.1 Submit data

You can submit data to FlowHub Platform in accordance with these terms of service at any time; but you must ensure that the above data("submitted data") comply with applicable laws and regulations. The format of the data you submit including: data that is accepted or processed by analysis tools which had been accepted. The successfully submitted data needs to be processed, and you grant FlowHub Platform the non-exclusive right to aggregate and submit data. The aggregated data does not identify you or the users of the “institutional group”; if it can be identified, the aggregated data cannot be used for re-establishment, analysis, Copy, use and publish.

3.2 Other user contents

You have the right to submit other data, additional tools, processes, and other content (collectively referred to as "other user contents") in FlowHub Platform,（i） your own use and/or （ii）authorize other users to use it when you submit this contents. Based on this, it will be deemed that you have granted a permanent, global, and non-exclusive license to FlowHub Platform, and FlowHub Platform can use, copy, modify and distribute this contents. Unless you promise that you only provide other user contents for which you have the right to grant the rights stated in this article, these other user contents should be provided as-is. We promise that we will only provide other user contents to those who accepted the terms of service.

3.3 User Content

You should be responsible for any data, text, files, information, user names, images, graphics, photos, introductions, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, author's authorship, applications, links or materials with other content (including submitted data, other user content and other content, collectively referred to as "user content") which submit to use and share by yourself. 4.Intellectual property rights and limits of authority

If the FlowHub Platform has reason to believe that you have misused or abused this service or violated these terms of service in other ways, we have the right to suspend or terminate some or all of the services, which does not mean that FlowHub Platform is obligated supervise the above actions or implement remedial measures. If we terminate your access to your service in accordance with this article, you still need to pay all fees including the usage fee for the remaining month of use in accordance with the group agreement, and you need to pay related fees in accordance with the "subscription and payment" content of this service term.

8. Subscription and payment

8.1 Subscription and fees

You may cancel your subscription, at this time we can refuse to renew any subscription information. If the data is still hosted on FlowHub Platform after the service is terminated, you should continue to pay for the transfer of the data to a third-party entity or the deletion of the data after the service is terminated.

8.2 Payment

FlowHub Platform may charge your service, subscription or product purchase fees or other fees (including any taxes and overdue fees, if applicable) from the associated account in your login credentials. FlowHub Platform may require an advance payment for some or all of the services, and has the right to impose technical restrictions on the loss of expenses exceeding the prepaid amount, but FlowHub Platform has no obligation to implement these restrictions. Any such technical limitations may delay or cause interference to the service. You are obligated to pay all relevant expenses in timely and choose a real and effective payment method from the service form provided by FlowHub Platform.

8.3 Settlement and payment policy

All the information that you provide to FlowHub Platform during registration, including the credit card information or payment account you may provide, will be protected by FlowHub Platform privacy terms. We may charge the fees required for subscribing or purchasing products through your online account on the third-party payment platform (hereinafter referred to as "settlement account"). 12. Disputes and release

12.1 User disputes

Neither FlowHub Platform 、its branches or its service licensees are responsible for the online or offline behavior of its users. FlowHub Platform is not responsible for the disputes between with our service users and third-party suppliers, and you should independently assume all responsibility for the activities or disputes with other users or third-party suppliers. FlowHub Platform has the right but not the obligation to monitor, mediate or resolve these disputes.

12.2 Waiver

FlowHub Platform does not participate in activities between users and third-party suppliers, when you have a dispute with one or more users or third-party vendors, you agree to exempt FlowHub Platform (including but not limited to our managers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and any employees) all compensation obligations or any form of liability.

13.Service users

The service and website are designed to serve ordinary users and do not provide specific functions or services for minor users under the age of 18.

14. Jurisdiction issues

The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of these terms of service abide by the laws of the mainland of China (excluding Conflict Of Laws). This service clause is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining clauses are still valid and binding on both parties.

16.3 Entire Agreement

These terms of service include the entire agreement between you and FlowHub Platform, or between related parties. FlowHub Platform can modify these terms of service at any time. Unless you have signed a written consent agreement with FlowHub Platform, any additional supplements to these terms of service will be deemed invalid. Therefore, in the event of a dispute between the two parties, any end-user license agreements should take precedence over these terms of service.
