File upload and download

After we find the corresponding tool/process in the community and complete the subscription, we import the resource package into the specified project, and then enter our project. According to the tool/process prompt, we may need to upload our input file. We click the ‘File’ button in the project navigation bar, and it will jump to the file list. You can manage the files here. In order to ensure the continuity of the introduction, we will take uploading and downloading as examples for demonstration.

File Upload

The user can create a folder, enter the corresponding folder, click the ‘Upload’ button, and select a local file to upload. When the upload is successful, the file list will display the file’s name and related information.

When the file is large, we recommend using the fkit tool developed by the platform (visit the document of ‘Introduction of Fkit command line tool’) for uploading, to ensure stable and fast transmission.

File download

When we complete the data analysis on the platform, we can find the result file generated by the tool, move the mouse to the line where the file is located, and click the download icon that appears to complete the download of the file.

Similarly, if the file is large, we also recommend using the fkit tool.

Note: When the status of the file is locked, it means that the file is being used, or the job corresponding to the file is running, and no operations can be performed on the file at this time.
